Reducing anxiety

Some studies show pets are the real anxiety cutters. Loneliness and stress are the main reasons for creating anxiety. When we become hopeless and no when is there to cheer us up... Then pets can provide you great love and touch you need.it’s human nature it needs someone to love and care. And someone whom he can touch, hug, and have a sense of connectedness. pets are really helpful for this because all they just provide is love and fulfillment and nothing in return. They are not like humans who threaten to leave you if you are not up to their expectations. And everybody knows it is very difficult to keep up to everyone’s expectations, pets don’t have these types of tantrums. just true friendship.
